Meet the Founder

Mak Basha

Global HR professional with 16+ years of international experience across dynamic, multinational environments. He has built and scaled HR functions from the ground up in 4 organizations and led corporate HR initiatives for 22,000+ employees across 75 countries and 55+ nationalities. He successfully grew a team from zero to over 350 and has a proven track record in post-M&A integration, large-scale transformation, and partnering with C-suite leaders and top-tier consultancies (Deloitte, Bain, L.E.K.).

He is an internationally certified HR Consultant, Professional, and Executive. Most recently, he served as Cluster Director of Talent & Culture at Accor, a French multinational operating in more than 110 countries.
